Sixty-Four Engineering, a veteran-owned small business, provides civil and structural engineering consulting services to property owners across Colorado. Located in Colorado Springs, we are perfectly positioned to serve the population along the Front Range, while also recognizing the increased need for engineering services in the small towns and rural areas within all "sixty-four" counties of the state.
The principal engineer at Sixty-Four Engineering is Mr. Steve Robb, a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Colorado and several other states. A retired U.S. Marine and former certified home inspector, Steve pursued an engineering degree after his military service. He spent nine years in Oklahoma serving the oil and gas industry as a civil/structural design engineer specializing in drilling structures and pipeline production facilities. He subsequently earned promotion to the Senior Manager of Engineering, where he led a multi-disciplined engineering and drafting department overseeing facility and structural projects for customers around the globe.
In 2020, he moved to Colorado Springs to oversee several significant Military Construction (MILCON) projects for a local U.S. Air Force and Space Force installation. He quickly advanced to the role of Chief of Engineering for the installation where he led a multi-disciplinary team of project engineers, as well as the project execution team of construction managers and inspectors. This diverse team was responsible for overseeing all new construction projects, as well as sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects for all installation facilities.

Inspection services range from pre-purchase home inspections to post-disaster inspections to determine extent of damages.
Evaluations
Evaluations of proposed designs or completed work to determine their feasibility, suitability, and/or compliance with codes and standards.
Causations
Determination of the cause of damage to a property, stucture, or component thereof. It is confined to what caused damage, not the failure of the item.
Forensics
A failure analysis process to determine the internal or external conditions that led to an actual failure of a structure, system, or component.
